99% say they would glady refer us to their friends and family, 98% rated their last visit "very good-excellent" (really amazing when you consider this was a dental visit after all....), 98% either already knew or felt that their finanacial options were clearly explained, and 98% felt that they had a good understanding of their dental procedures before their appointment. We survey the issues that really matter so that we can constantly improve our service to you. We are neither so arrogant to think we are perfect, nor so blase as to not care.

I struck up a nice conversation with another patient who had taken up knitting to stop smoking. She was very interesting. It's such a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You forget that you are supposed to be anxious because it's a dentist's office!
Everyone is just great. For a former phobic, feeling at ease in a dentist chair is an accomplishment, and the team is responsible for that.
Athena, whom I had never met, was very pleasant and thorough, explaining everything she saw and everything she was doing.

"I was impressed *before* I arrived last night. I originally spoke with Athena who understood that I was eager to consult with you that she talked you into seeing me after 8pm on your late night. On my drive to the office, Martha called to let me know you had a cancellation which opened up an earlier time slot for me and I would be seen as soon as I arrived. I was impressed with how friendly everyone was and immediately felt comfortable. Your office reminded me more of a spa than a dental office. The brilliant smiles in the books and on the walls were certainly encouraging. Despite the fact that you would normally be packing up to go home shortly after I arrived, my consultation was not rushed and you took the time to fully explain my case, options and the procedures to me.
